Ashbourne has funded a joint venture with Asda over an 11 acre London Docklands site to comprise a mixed commercial and residential scheme providing a new food store, District Shopping Centre, various community uses and over 850 residential units of which some 240 are affordable. Working with The London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the GLA, a planning permission was secured and further capital injected to progress this regeneration project.
Ashbourne has successfully worked with numerous equity partners including Revcap, Tyburn Lane, Babcock & Brown and G.E. Capital Real Estate. Ashbourne has had banking relationships with Bank of Scotland, Nationwide Building Society, Royal Bank of Scotland, Anglo Irish Bank and GE Capital.
